TEXAS CONCEALED HANDGUN ACT

The Texas Concealed Handgun Act became effective January 1, 1996. However, if an individual is licensed to carry a handgun, that right is not extended to the workplace. The possession of handguns or firearms of any type on the premises of Houston Country Club by employees, contractors, vendors, guests, or members is strictly forbidden. Violation of this prohibition may result in exclusion from the premises and, in the case of Houston Country Club employees, may result in disciplinary action, including immediate termination. Houston Country Club has posted “No Firearms” signs at service entrances to its premises to serve as notice of its “No Firearms” Policy.

PARKING LOT

Members and guests are asked to remain quiet when departing the Club at late hours. The honking of automobile horns is prohibited. Parking of cars is restricted to areas so designated.
